We are excited to announce that on August 1, 2012, East Bay Family Practice will be affiliating with University HealthCare Alliance (UHA), a physician network and medical foundation partnered with Stanford Hospital & Clinics. UHA is dedicated to providing patients with the highest quality of medical care and community access to their physicians.
Our team will continue to care for you at our existing office with the same providers and staff. Availability will remain the same. Access to your community specialists and local hospitals will not change. We will continue to preserve the same personalized private practice environment while providing access to one of the world’s leading medical institutions.
We believe this affiliation will ultimately enhance the services and outcomes we provide our patients. We will gain greater technological abilities and will implement an electronic health record which will enable us to offer patients more tools to communicate with their physicians and our team online. As part of this process, patients will be asked to complete new forms.
